During his tenure there, he developed a comprehensive understanding of sales leadership, customer engagement, and strategic market expansion within the garage door industry. His expertise encompasses collaboration with dealer networks, leading high-achieving sales teams, and consistently driving revenue growth in competitive environments.
In his capacity as Chief Sales Officer, Eric will manage all sales operations for First Choice Garage Doors and Marvin Allan Garage Doors. His focus will be on sales strategy, team development, customer relationship management, and long-term growth initiatives across the residential, commercial, and specialty door markets.
